Therefore, before starting to use the "GYMBOT" software, please think independently and read carefully
(minors should be accompanied by legal guardian) all the contents of this agreement, and fully understand
the terms of this agreement.
1.2 As long as you start to use the "GYMBOT" software provided by CAS Cogniser Technology, it means that you
have unconditionally accepted the relevant provisions of this Agreement and the management regulations
announced by CAS Cogniser Technology, and are willing to be bound by them. In case of any dispute, you shall
bear the responsibility for not reading this clause carefully and shall not plead for not reading it

2.2 Unless otherwise expressly agreed, all new functions of "GYMBOT" software that enhance or enhance the current service functions, including new products and new services, shall automatically apply to the agreement.
2.3 CAS Cogniser Technology will provide you with free and charged services. Before providing charging services, CAS Cogniser Technology will give you a clear prompt. Only after you choose to agree to pay the relevant fees according to the prompt instructions, CAS Cogniser Technology will provide you with such charging services. If you refuse to pay the relevant fees, CAS Cogniser Technology has the right not to provide you with such charged services.
2.4 You should bear the equipment (such as personal mobile phone, and other devices related to Internet access or mobile network) and expenses (such as telephone and Internet charges for Internet access, and mobile phone charges for mobile network use) required for using CAS Cogniser Technology service.

3、User account
3.1 When you register with "GYMBOT" software, you must provide real and effective identification data, and
update the above information online in time when the above information changes. If the information you
provide is inconsistent with the facts or the information provided has been changed without updating or
misleading, which makes CAS Cogniser Technology unable to provide or continue to provide services for you,
you shall bear the losses incurred thereby and have nothing to do with CAS Cogniser Technology.
3.2 You must understand and recognize that the right to use the GYMBOT account belongs only to the original registrant. Without the prior written consent of CAS Cogniser Technology, you are not allowed to transfer, gift, lend or sell your GYMBOT account and password to a third party in any form, or otherwise license the non initial registrant to use it, otherwise CAS Cogniser Technology has the right to block or delete the account. If you are not the original registrant of the currently used GYMBOT account, you should immediately stop all use and operation of the account. At the same time, CAS Cogniser Technology has the right to re hand over the account to the original registrant at the request of the original registrant or in its own judgment. All liabilities and losses arising therefrom have nothing to do with CAS Cogniser Technology.
3.3 You are obliged to keep the account and password obtained at the time of registration. If the account number or password is illegally used by others due to hacker, third party behavior or your own negligence in custody, CAS Cogniser Technology shall not be liable for this.
3.4 3.4 If you find that your account has been illegally used or abnormally used by others, you should immediately inform CAS Cogniser Technology and provide valid personal identity information consistent with the original registrant. After verifying the valid personal identity information provided by you, CAS Cogniser Technology will provide necessary assistance for you to safeguard your legitimate rights as far as possible. However, CAS Cogniser Technology does not promise that you will be able to retrieve your GYMBOT account through this way.
3.2 You must understand and recognize that the right to use the GYMBOT account belongs only to the original registrant. Without the prior written consent of CAS Cogniser Technology, you are not allowed to transfer, gift, lend or sell your GYMBOT account and password to a third party in any form, or otherwise license the non initial registrant to use it, otherwise CAS Cogniser Technology has the right to block or delete the account. 4、Rules of use
4.1 You shall be responsible for your use of CAS Cogniser Technology service, and ensure to follow the
following principles in the process of using CAS Cogniser Technology service:
（1）Abide by the relevant laws and regulations of China；
（2）Abide by the terms and relevant management regulations issued by CAS Cogniser Technology；
（3）It is not allowed to infringe the legitimate interests of the third party and CAS Cogniser Technology in any form；
（4）The services provided by CAS Cogniser Technology shall not be used for any illegal or infringing activities, including but not limited to the display and dissemination of pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory and insulting materials, as well as the dissemination of any hatred, discrimination and prejudice against religion, national tradition, race, gender and age.
4.2 CAS Cogniser Technology has the right to review and supervise your use of the service. If CAS Cogniser Technology, according to its own independent judgment, believes that you are in violation of the law or breach of contract, it has the right to ask you to correct the corresponding behavior and take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or deleting the message content that you publish or upload Suspend or terminate your right to use the CAS Cogniser Technology service, etc.) to mitigate the impact of your behavior. But you confirm that CAS Cogniser Technology's review behavior does not set any responsibility for it, nor does it exempt you from any obligation.
4.3 You should ensure the legality and legitimacy of your use of "GYMBOT" software, and you should not decompile, disassemble, crack the client.
4.4 Do not abuse or interfere with GYMBOT software services, including but not limited to using GYMBOT software services for illegal purposes, tampering with computer code related to GYMBOT software, using logo or text related to CAS Cogniser Technology and GYMBOT, attacking CAS Cogniser Technology's server, deleting, hiding or modifying any statement related to GYMBOT software services, etc.
4.5 You understand and recognize that when you use the CAS Cogniser Technology service to publish content (such as comments), you must abide by the public order, good customs and relevant laws and regulations, and must not publish and upload the following content：
（1）Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution
（2）Violating the laws, regulations and other provisions of China
（3）Violating public order and good customs and damaging public interests
（4）Documents or information that infringe the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, including but not limited to virus code, hacker program, software cracking registration information, etc
（5）Unauthorized articles, pictures, music, videos, applications, etc
（6）Advertising content or links
（7）Violating the information release policy of CAS Cogniser Technology or damaging the legitimate rights and interests of CAS Cogniser Technology
4.6 CAS Cogniser Technology has the right to audit the content you publish and upload. If CAS Cogniser Technology thinks that the content you publish and upload contains the above situation according to its own independent judgment, it has the right to directly delete the relevant content without further notice. You hereby confirm that the audit behavior of CAS Cogniser Technology does not set any obligations for it, nor does it exempt you from any responsibility.
4.7 The legal disputes or other consequences caused by the content you post and upload should be borne by you.
4.8 The rights contained in the content created by you in the process of using CAS Cogniser Technology will be owned by you according to law. However, you should understand that for any content that you publish and upload to the publicly accessible area through the CAS Cogniser Technology service, you shall be deemed to have agreed to authorize CAS Cogniser Technology to obtain the free, permanent, irrevocable, non exclusive and full sublicense rights and licenses of the corresponding content all over the world to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate To create derivative works, disseminate, perform and display such content (in whole or in part), and / or incorporate such content into any other form of work, media or technology currently known or later developed.

Cogniser Technology. You are not allowed to disclose or use it without the permission of CAS Cogniser
Technology.
6.2 Using GYMBOT software will not make you acquire or own any intellectual property rights belonging to CAS Cogniser Technology or a third party. All rights of dolls and all resources in the GYMBOT software belong to the author. Please do not disseminate, copy, adapt, modify or otherwise improperly use other people's model works, including but not limited to reprint, link, download, copy, edit, modify, change, upload, share, distribute, perform, derive, modify other works, create derivatives, slander Damage works, technical protection measures, etc.

6.2 Using GYMBOT software will not make you acquire or own any intellectual property rights belonging to CAS Cogniser Technology or a third party. legal liability, nor make any express or implied warranty for the content linked to, including but not
limited to the ownership, quality, non infringement of the rights of third parties, the right of the third

etc.
8.2 CAS Cogniser Technology may change, interrupt or terminate part or all of its services at any time without further notice to you. Please pay attention to regularly back up your data stored on CAS Cogniser Technology's network services to avoid losses.
8.3 If you want to use the services provided by CAS Cogniser Technology, you must bear the above risks, and CAS Cogniser Technology will not be liable for the damages suffered by you or any third party.
8.2 CAS Cogniser Technology may change, interrupt or terminate part or all of its services at any time without further notice to you. Please pay attention to regularly back up your data stored on CAS Cogniser Technology's network services to avoid losses.
8.3 If you want to use the services provided by CAS Cogniser Technology, you must bear the above risks, and CAS Cogniser Technology will not be liable for the damages suffered by you or any third party.
9、Application of law and dispute resolution
The interpretation, validity and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
people's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from or in
connection with the use of CAS Cogniser Technology service shall be submitted by CAS Cogniser Technology and
you to Guangzhou Panyu District Arbitration Commission for settlement by arbitration. The arbitration award
is final and binding on all parties.。
10、Alteration and modification of this Agreement
10.1 In order to better serve users, CAS Cogniser Technology has the right to modify this agreement at any
time, and once the terms of the agreement change, CAS Cogniser Technology will prompt the modified content
on the relevant page; If you do not agree with the modification of this agreement, you shall immediately
stop using the CAS Cogniser Technology service; If you choose to continue to use CAS Cogniser Technology
service after the change of this agreement, it is deemed that you have accepted and are willing to abide by
the modification of this agreement.
10.2 If users object to any terms of this agreement, they may choose not to install or use the relevant services of CAS Cogniser Technology and GYMBOT. The user's registration, login and use of CAS Cogniser Technology, GYMBOT and their related services will be regarded as the acceptance of this agreement, and the user's agreement to useGYMBOT in the way agreed in this agreement.
10.2 If users object to any terms of this agreement, they may choose not to install or use the relevant services of CAS Cogniser Technology and GYMBOT. The user's registration, login and use of CAS Cogniser Technology, GYMBOT and their related services will be regarded as the acceptance of this agreement, and the user's agreement to useGYMBOT in the way agreed in this agreement.
11、Protection of minors
CAS Cogniser Technology attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information.
According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the
written consent of your parents or legal guardian before using the CAS Cogniser Technology service. If you
are the guardian of a minor, if you have any questions about the personal information of the minor under
your guardianship, please contact CAS Cogniser Technology through the contact information publicized by CAS
Cogniser Technology.
